For your application to be considered, your organization will to fulfill the following minimal requirements:

1. Be an NGO.
2. Be non-profit.
3. Provide real value for human rights, ecological, sustainable development or social equality causes.
4. Be willing to send representatives to the event during two days (sponsoring for travel and stay can be arranged).
5. For the current event (Drupal n’Go Paris), have some ties with France or the French language (either have a presence in France or a French speaking country or activities in France or French speaking countries).
6. Fill in the form on the www.drupalngo.org site with all required fields before the 5th of September 2008

Almost all types of web projects related to the work of an NGO can be considered:

1. Main institutional website for the NGO;
2. Ad hoc event website;
3. Social platform for the NGO;
4. A Web Campaign; and
5. Something new and exciting !

In the submission form you will be asked to describe your NGO. It will help the Drupal France community to get a global picture of your NGO. That way, we will better understand how we could apply the talent of the community to your cause.

Projects the community feels it can really contribute to — not only regarding the implementation but also regarding imagining the solutions, the design and the strategy — will probably get more attention.

The criteria of the selection committee will be:

1. Value of the project web to the cause defended by the organization;
2. Adhesion of the French Drupal community members to the values represented by the NGO;
3. The feasibility of the project as a whole;
4. The value of a partial implementation of the project;
5. The technical interest of the project;
6. Ties with France or the French language; and
7. The coolness / awesomeness index of the proposed project.

The selected NGO will be announced on September the 10th.
